Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–5 business days for warehouse packing, quality inspection and dispatch. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. Customized products need an extra 3–7 working days for production.

Global Delivery Time Range

We support worldwide shipping to most countries and regions:
  • US & Canada: 7–15 business days after shipment
  • UK & EU Countries: 8–18 business days after shipment
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days after shipment
  • Other regions: 12–25 business days after shipment

    Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, local postal backlog or force majeure are beyond our controllable range.

Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, size and destination country. We occasionally launch free shipping promotions for orders reaching a minimum subtotal threshold.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International parcels may generate import tax, customs duty and local handling fees upon arrival. All these charges shall be borne by buyers and are not included in checkout payment. We cannot refund customs fees for refused packages.

Package Tracking Service

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number and carrier link to check real-time logistics status.

Lost & Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel:
  1. Check neighbors, building reception or local post office first.
  2. Contact our support team within 14 days after the delivered tracking update.

    We will assist to file a carrier investigation. Refund or re-delivery will only be arranged after the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit.

Undeliverable Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to invalid address, long-term unclaimed or refused customs fees will deduct return freight from your refund. You need to pay new shipping fees if you want us to resend the item.
